David Troutman

Lead Pastor

For David, NCC is home. This is the Church where he grew up, was baptized, married his high school sweetheart, and baptized his own two children, Zariah and Zander. David has been on staff at NCC since 2002, first as the Student and Worship pastor, and now as the lead pastor since 2016.

David is a transformation enthusiast, and loves watching lives being transformed here at NCC and around the world.

LeAnn Kalvoda

Children’s Pastor

LeAnn was born and raised in Dodge City, Kansas. She left her hometown to pursue her passion at the Art Institute of Colorado. She’s been here in Colorado ever since! She has three children, Ashley, Drew, and Paige, as well as two granddaughters, Haddie and Camri! LeAnn’s daughter Ashley is also a staff member here at NCC.

LeAnn is incredibly artistic and creative, and that can be seen all over our Children’s ministry area. LeAnn loves creating an exciting and fun environment for our children to grow and learn about Jesus!

Matt Wilcox

Student Pastor

Originally from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Matt moved here to Colorado in 2017 to become our new student pastor!

He and his wife Julia have been married since 2016, and they both love serving our students and playing in the worship band on Sunday mornings. Matt enjoys music, reading, and sharing a meal with friends. If you have the time, he would love to get to know you over a cup of coffee!

Ashley Sramek

Social Media Coordinator

Ashley has been a member at NCC since she was 16, and though she has moved, she is not ready to let us go! Ashley is still serving on the church staff by running our social media! Ashley and her family, her husband Kellen and their two sweet girls Haddie Paige and Camri Lou, moved to Cheyenne Wells, Colorado at the end of the summer in 2020 to live life in a small town.

Kenna Carroll

Office Assistant

Hi! My name is Kenna Carroll. I am the Office Assistant at Northglenn. I have grown up here at NCC and have loved being involved in all that the church has offered, such as serving I the Children’s Ministry, playing and coaching Bible Bowl and teaching Sunday school at 9am.

Since the fall of 2016, I have been pursuing a degree in Elementary school so that I can follow my dream of becoming a teacher. I enjoy spending time with my family, watching movies and going on adventures.
